ExeQuantum has entered a strategic partnership with Bluebik Titans Company Limited, a subsidiary of Bluebik Group (SET: BBIK) and one of Thailand's leading cybersecurity consultancies, to deliver post-quantum cryptography (PQC) services across Thailand's banking, financial services, insurance, energy, and government sectors.
The partnership positions both organisations to respond directly to Thailand's Quantum-Ready 2030 initiative, a national strategy led by the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) to prepare critical systems for the post-quantum era. With seven Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) sectors now designated under Thailand's Cybersecurity Act and new Cloud Security and Website Security Standards taking effect in September 2026, regulated organisations face growing urgency to understand and address their cryptographic exposure.
Under the agreement, Bluebik Titans and ExeQuantum will jointly provide PQC readiness assessments, cryptographic discovery, system migration planning, and continuous compliance monitoring. The initial focus will be on banking and financial services before expanding into energy, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, and government.

Financial institutions under Bank of Thailand supervision and organisations subject to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) face compounding risk from legacy cryptographic systems that were never designed to withstand quantum-era threats.
