ExeQuantum was featured as a speaker at the PQC Summit Kuala Lumpur 2025, hosted by the PKI Consortium, where Founder and CEO Samuel Tseitkin contributed to the panel “Securing the Healthcare Sector in the Quantum Era.”

The discussion brought together global experts including Scott Rea (DirectTrust, eMudhra), Anestis Bechtsoudis (CENSUS Labs), and Setiaji ST (Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia) to explore how post-quantum cryptography (PQC) can strengthen digital trust in healthcare, finance, and public infrastructure.
Tseitkin highlighted the Indo-Pacific region’s growing opportunity to lead in quantum-safe readiness, emphasizing the need for crypto-agility, hybrid QKD + PQC models, and policy-driven interoperability. He also outlined the STAC Doctrine (Sovereignty, Transparency, Agility, and Compliance) as a practical foundation for building verifiable, sovereign cryptographic ecosystems.
ExeQuantum’s participation underscores its role in helping governments and critical industries transition securely through the quantum era, from discovery and remediation to continuous assurance and policy alignment.
